healthy lifestyle. Having a good health keeps a man happy. But today being
physically and mentally good is a challenge. It is mainly because of our behavioral
patterns. Since the society is in a big hurry peoples doesn’t have time to
think about their health

important role. Physical fitness prevents people from various illnesses. Apart
